and my doctor prescribed it after my accident as I was having trouble sleeping, worked great the first night, but after about 3-4 nights, mouth and nostrils got very dry that triggered CH's, so I got off of it, wasn't going through a CH cycle at the time and the CH's went away after I got off of it, can't win.
