I am so glad to hear you are still CH free. You deserve a break!
Just remember that; you are CH free! Enjoy it! God knows you have needed a break from the beast for quite some time now.
I know as far as personal battles, we all have to struggle through them. As you said though, they will get better in time. And what else do we have but time anyway?
