After a bad spell of CH's with loss of sleep, that knocked me out for 36 hours, thing is, you have to wait at the clinic for at least 20 minutes for observation and by the time someone drives you home, can barely make it in the house, no dreams and about as close to death that you may come. I can ward off any sleeping pill that will put me in a wired state, but not a DM shot, haven't had one in a long time, but it's an effective way to break a bad cycle. They (the clinic) doesn't like giving them, but it beats suicide.
