the first few times you take then...NO MORE THAN 1 Pill in 24 hours or as doc recommended!!! But the first few times be READY TO HIT THE BED!!! They take affect in about 5 minutes but the effect will wear off fast if you get involved in trying to do just one more thing that night... My problem was after 2-3 pills they had zero effect on me anymore... good luck Jackie L.
