Danny, I'm with you on that heat thing you have going. I'm 39 years old and have suffered with CHs since I was 17. I use scalding hot rags on the entire right side of my face (that's the side that is effected during my cluster). After a 10 to 12 week bout of headaches, averaging 3 or 4 a day, sometimes 5 or 6, you can only imagine how red and chapped my face becomes, as well as my husband's hands. I will be in debt to him forever. He's my lifesaver. I'd be dead by now without him. Sleep well.
