They keep sneaking back on me too. I think they are gone - pow, I wake up at 5:00 a.m. in pain!
I think the V helps because I can abort with heat pretty well - these are not the level-10's at the rate of 4-5 day I might get without the medication.
I personally don't know of any triggers for me - but maybe I am overlooking something.
Anyway, get better soon. Vent as needed!
