I've had chronic, cluster headaches for 8 years. I am 29 years old. I go to the Montreal Migraine clinic. My doctor there has prescibed Isoptin which is Verapamil. I actually take the generic novo-veramil. I take 2,240 mg pills a day. One in the morning and the other at night. For me it has proven to be an effective means of controlling the headaches. I am headache free with the medication.
