Over the last 20 yrs. I've taken most all of the meds mentioned on this board. About 6 or 7 yrs. ago I stopped all except 100% pure oxygen during a CH. I think I have fewer and less painful CH as a result.
I would never give up the O2 but it doesn't seem to have any side effects.
