I'm not sure what you mean...you almost died???? My husband and I both suffer from clusters and we have both used stadol nasal spray with 2 totally different outcomes! John got rapid heart beat, tight chest, sweat profusely and passed out. I on the other hand found it to help and suffered no adverse effects other than a doped up feeling. We attribute John's adverse effects to an allergic reaction, as he is allergic to other narcotics such as demerol. Just as with all the different meds its a trial and error thing.
