I believe that stress makes my clusters worse but I, like you, can not stop and just focus on myself. Sometimes I believe helping others helps with my pain. When I stop reaching out to others, I am on the way to the hospital. And I have only gone to the ER 3 times in 24 years. Yoke, you have been going thru alot lately. Maybe you do need to take a few days off and take care of yourself. When your load gets too heavy to handle, give it to your cluster family here..that is what this is all about. We are here for you.
