I used stadol for clusters early on but could not function on it. I had to lie down and sleep imediatly after taking it. It is also very addicting especially if you use it very frequently. We use it where I work in the Iv form for laboring women. All it does for them is make them sleepy and some say really weird stuff.My neuro said not to use what I had left. Good luck I've been pain free for about 4weeks now. It took 8 weeks this time. (my 10th year)
