Sorry you guys .. I used up all the tent material when I was on predisome. The lock on the fridge doesn't work. You learn to pick them! But I do like the idea of the diet soda cancelling out the calories .. will try that one.
Seriously, Phil, hope this is just a "false" start for your CH and that it will hold off for a while. You've just gotten over the last one.
