O2 works well if you use it right away. My MD prescribed 6 liters a minute for 10 minutes, which worked for years, but now I'm up to 8 liters a minute. An E-tank costs $15, and handles about 8 headaches at 8 liters,which is about $2 per headache. What's great about it is unlimited use, and no side effects (if it works for you).
