I am 42. I am episodic. Each cycle has gotten longer and worse than the one before. I keep saying this has got to be it. Others say they get shorter and less painful, but I am up to 6 months from 3 months a few years ago. Hope 42 is the magic age and they lessen from here. Oh, you also scared the hell out of me till I opened your post. Got the heart pumping good!! Love Paula
