I saw a new nuerologist today who specializes in headaches, and after an hour and a half of going through all the treatments I have tried...his only suggestion was to admit me to the hospital for 5 days to receive an IV infusion of DHE-45 and Depakon(?). He claims that it may break the cycle of headaches and that it works for 4/5 patients. I am curious as to whether or not any of you have heard of this or have tried it. I only know of one other clusterhead that has tried it and their results were not that impressive. Any advice, suggestions, experiences, etc, would be most appreciated. Oh ya - and I hate, loathe, and despise hospitals, needles, doctors, nurses, blah blah, so if any of you have a reason, any reason at all, that I shouldn't go....PLEASE TELL ME!! Thanks!!!!
