I remember about a year ago in Vegas I walked into a room at the Monte Carlo and all the folks there stopped their conversations, stood up and extended their hands in welcome to the FNG (me) that had just entered for the first time. Wow! Talk about feeling self conscience! But it quickly passed and within a couple of minutes I was one of the "old guys".
DJ is right, lets get back to the subject at hand welcome the new guys and put the bickering in e-mail.
