Hi my cycle just started right on schedule,every springtime on the odd numbered year.I've been taking the herb "feverfew" for about 4 years now,it doesn't prevent the cycle from starting,but it has STOPPED the agonizing pain.It's just a little uncomfortable.I would highly recommend starting on it about 3 months before your cycle starts.It really works for me!
