It's been a long time, about 5 years since I tried physical therapy, it might be worth a try again. Didn't have much relief then and had to stop going because my insurance refused to continue to cover it. As for what conditions cause a headache for me, weather changes for sure and believe it or not laughing alot will bring one on pretty fast. Yes, I have a little congestion on the right side, same side my headaches are on 9 out of 10 times, usually if the left side hurts it's after it has turned the right side of my brain to mush. Thanks for the advice, I really appreciate it.
