Let me qualify my post. For me, short duration, intense exercise stops a HA. I also have noticed the HA hit in the "cooldown" period. Not just cooldown from exercise but also from stress. I often get HA an hour or two after getting home from work when I'm starting to unwind. Does this all go back to the seretonin thing? Isn't seretonin associated with agressiveness? Agressiveness displayed in exercise or the rat race of work. Do seretonin levels change as the situation changes the need for agressiveness? Does this precipitate the HA?

Always good talkin' wich ya lc.
