and that was around the 4th month, i did o2 which for me worked well but i did have the mask that Dennis speaks of and i held it tightly in place. from the years of med free i learned the 'what works for me' tecnique of mind over matter and put every thought i had there and not on the HA. good luck to you and sorry you had to even come visiting here. so a sad welcome to you and keep your chin up
