in one of Flash's(I think) messages, he drank a large glass of whisky to start a headache. Alcohol, as far as I can tell, is not a trigger, but may have gotten in the way of the shrooms. Pinky or Flash would know better than I.
I didn't have all that much to drink. Maybe three or four drinks all night, and the first one was at about 6:00, so I stretched them out pretty far. The steak, potatoe, and salad may have been a bigger problem. I probably should have done it on an empty stomach. I just don't know.
