A long, long time ago, I was convinced of the exercise link.
After a short period though, I could not run fast enough, or far enough.
Devil caught me everytime.
I also discovered 02, (and that is not too portable-very small joke.
Being 02 was much more consistent, I pretty much gave up the exercise as an abortive.
