Concentration is a BIG problem when I am in episode. Speech depends for me on the meds. Imitrex really slows me down. But usually works except when awakened. Good luck. When I first discovered this site many episodes ago I routinely printed info and faxed or handed it to my GP. Together we made great strides. I now see a neuro exclusively and she works very well WITH me too.
