CH's. lowers heart rate, blood pressure, and rids the body of toxins. There is such a thing as exercise induced headaches that affects some people that is caused by a particular bodily movement seemingly around the neck and shoulder tissues, in these rare cases, doing easy exercises as advised by a physical therapist can be very helpful, but the point is to do some form of exercise even a brish one mile walk to keep the body functional. I admire your push, have to admit that during a cycle, don't feel like doing anything, but this results in extending the cycle and more pain, any form of exercise is better than none, just my experience.
