The problem started last year - both of my wristes were swollen overnight. Emergency did not know what to do - they x-rayed it- foound nothing.. Doctors put me on 800 mg IBUPROFEN/day. - swelling continued - different joints - mostly without any warning signs.. Pain did not go away with priscription drugs-- Doctor has me on PREDNISONE since yesterday morning. Today is 4/9/01. I'm feeling at least 30% better already. How is this PREDNISONE BAD? I would like to know more. Have a great day.
