I hope it's okay to join in. I just started topomax last week, after years of headaches and insomnia. So far I'm only on 25mg but I'll be titrating up to 50mg this week. Your posts have been very insightful. It's good to see that this med at least is helping people. Me? After years of headaches, I'm hoping for a minor miracle (and some sleep!).
