My doctor has had me keep everything with an odor sealed up. I used to have a pretty strong strawberry candle but I had thought of that maybe being the cause and it's in a plastic baggie in the closet now. Evidently my doctor's wife has migraines triggered by the smell of cinnamon (sorta strange).
So far, the only trigger I can't rule out is sugar. I used to drink a lot of mountain dew, but quit periodically and drink just water for a few weeks. I've done this every few weeks for years, so I don't think it's caffeine or the lack of. But I do drink a lot more fluids than most people (usually my snacks consist of apple juice or the like). Because of all of the fruit juice, I can't rule out sugar, but it doesn't seem to be triggering anything.

Anybody had sinus triggered attacks? Just a thought.
Joshua O
