I have really been trying to look at this scientifically, so it makes sense to me about vigorous exercise helping.

In fact I had a theory a couple months ago...
When I was in college (on the Taekwondo team) I got blasted in the nose once...Needless to say I'm sure it was broken because when it healed it was a bit on the crooked side.

For 4 or 5 years I hadn't been able to breathe out of my nose.

Last month I had surgery to fix my nose, so that I could breathe again. Secretly I was hoping it would cure my clusters, thinking that it had to do with not getting enough oxygen to my brain.

Well, it turns out I was wrong and the surgery didn't help the clusters. I can breathe again, but my clusters are as bad as ever.

I definitely think a vigorous leg workout is the way to go. It is at least worth trying.
