I take photos with my tripod and self timer. Develop them at a photo place. Scan them into my computer using Adobe Photoshop and from there it's all experimentation. Steep learning curve to it but so many image editing programs are actaully very user friendly. Then save the image as a "jpg" file with a file size no larger than 300kb. Size the actual image to about 640 by 480 pixels or whatever looks best on your screen. Upload to your web space. Most ISPs offer you a bunch of free space for this purpouse. Open the Image in a new window, Copy the URL. Go to the message board and post your message, Paste the URL of the image into the "Optional image URL space and submit.
Good Luck it's only confusing till you ask enough questions. Kind of like CH's.
