Josh, I always hate to hear of a young fellow getting the CHs. It always seems so unfair. I never experienced the agony until I was 40, but I'd served an apprebticeship with migraines (dare I even mention it?) for about twenty years. Remission times seem to vary, as others say. Mine were typically six months. They were seasonal, winter (around Christmas) and summer (around July). I'm a bit of an old fart now (64) and I haven't had a CH for 2 years, and the last one before that was also a 2 year remission. So I guess we grow out of it, but I hate to say it, you may have a long way to go. Good luck! Ther's always hope and, for episodics, remission.
