Shout loudly. You are and should be frustrated. Maybe you need to go down to her office and stay in the waiting room. And when they call her next patient you should just barge in and get your answer. That will only delay her other patient a few minutes.
Yoke. Just so you know, the site you call "Oprah" is actually Harvard's Massachusetts General Hospital's neurology site and no longer Oprah's. Sites just got moved around and I can see how that mistake could be made. Thanks for the links. :-)
