Had a tough day w/CH and then an odd one came along. Fell asleep at 10:30 and not surprisingly awoke promptly at midnight with an already hellish cacophony of neurons gone mad. Dealt with it for only 20 minutes instead of the usual 60-90 when that darned beast evaporated and left behind a burning in place of the gnarly twisting pick. I think I must have said thank you 50 times in a row. The variety of actual experience interests me and though I don't make a practice of dwelling on pain, It helps me sometimes to look as straight into it as possible. Perhaps in doing that I eliminate just a bit of the fear of the next attack. I also enjoy fast motorcycling, hiking and gardening.
