It sounds to me like you are going into another cycle - -maybe springtime is triggering it. I used to do the samehting -- now it is two cycles a year -- spring and fall.
I would go back to the nuero and discuss new forms of meds-- verapimil worked for me like a charm - -the best thing outside of the imitrex shots.
