a guy on my brain injury group decided to end it all two weeks ago... shot in chest with 16ga shotgun. Now he has 1/2 a lung removed, spleen, part of intestines, 1/2 of liver, 2 fewer ribs, and a pacemaker... and he's being committed to a mental rehab by court order. Damn.
