It's hard to tell if this is the first time you have had more than one cycle in a year. I have had clusters for over 12 years. Sometimes March-September, sometimes June-October. Sometimes I get them every day during cycle... other times I'll get a week off. Sometimes if I'm really lucky I get to skip a whole year (that's only happened twice though). Have you tried verapamil or lithium? And if severely depressed, Zoloft or Paxil?
