OK, I have not visited for a few months due to PAINFREE good times!! But, I was just wondering if the compiled information questionaire from doc that I filled out last year was ever put together and sent to us via email? I did not receive anything. Does anyone have any information on the findings? Please email me if you have any comments. Look forward to meeting you in Atlanta this year as Vegas was a little too far for me last year and too hot. Thanks RB
