I had a procedure done just before I was diagnosed with clusters. It was out-patient surgery to get a biopsy from my temporal artery. I was given something to relax me, and while waiting to go in, I had a pretty bad one. Once they started the drugs for the surgery, I didn't notice a headache. After the surgery, I started having pain the the temple area, but I could not tell if it was from the surgery or if it was a headache. Some one on the board propably has more information that I, so keep watching.
