Seems the best abortive for those who benefit.
I have tried acupuncture, with out much in the way of results.
I started taking meds during the same time from fear the treatment would not be effective.
As the meds did their trick, I stopped acupuncture.
Wondering what your experience was w/Diamond HA clinic.
I unfortunately had a extremely bad expereince with them, and hope yours was better.
I agree with you whole heartedly about the preparedness and family.
I know two things for sure:
1) I would never have made it this far w/out my loved one's support.
2) Never let the pain or fear get away during a HA.
I do not beleive there is any way to really prepare fot these suckers, but being aware their ever present does help keep the panic away when they hit.
