Last year during my cycle, I'd wake up w/ all blankets off and sweating up a storm, JUMP up and run to the O2 tank before the pain even started. I knew when I started sweating IT was coming. This year, unfortunately, I've gotten no warnings. Probably because of lack of sleep, I slept through my "sweat" warning. Normally, whilst not in cycle, I keep comforter on all nite.
It'd be interesting to actually take your temperature at the start of a HA...as if we have nothing else to think about at the start of a HA! :)

Warmth is a trigger for me. Can't take a warm bath at ALL during cycle.
