Well after all the years I,ve had clusters and all the drugs i've tried and the surgeries for sinus(haha)..I,ve finally gone back to verapermil and sansert...this last cycle as soon as it started(didn't wait until the the 20th headache as we do like to deny it here again)I went on both verapimil/Sr 240mg 2x a day and slowing with the sansert...one pill a day at first then 2..didn't need to go to 4..this cycle started end of January.haven't had a headache since middle of march and now will taper the sansert then the verapimil...
