Well the verapamil started working after a few days for the most part. I am still having some mild breakthrough clusters here and there but nothing like what they were.
I have read posts here before concerning exercise and clusters. It seems the general consensus is that exercise actually helps clusters for most of the people who posted about it. Is there anyone who has found that exercise can trigger a cluster for them? I started exercising about 4 days ago and each time I have gotten a cluster a few minutes after my workout ended. They range from kip4 to kip9. I don't think it is just a coincidence or that it is time for a cluster anyway because I have been working out at different times each day.
Hugs,
SonyaL
