Focus on the drama of the mystery. Tell em "Dragons...with fire and deep claws exist" The best medical minds are just now scratchin the surface...as well as their butts.
I'm an actor...so I think in terms of reachin yer audience....Bore em if ya want...or tell them the true horror story...the "night of the living Dead" which is the truth of Clusters. Scare the livin shit outta them with the truth...use the metaphors of the beast that lurks "just there"....a moment away from torturing us.
