with a simple "excuse me, I have a problem I must deal with". When I get hit, there is NO WAY I can stand in one place or pretend that things are OK, let alone speak coherently. I've also been forced to walk out of many business meetings. I'm not shy so I have no problem explaining CH's to everyone. It's rough, but I know for a fact that the same kind of thing has happened to other people here.
That was just the most embarrassing example for me!
