I have had clusters for about 20 years on and off,I am 45, white male, light smoker, and have found that a combo of feverfew,codliver oil, and magnesium has done the trick,for the first time in three years this march I did not get a session,I got all my stuff at farmacopia .com they just happen to be where I live so I just run down and get it,but check it out,so far it has worked for me.
