was popping Fiorinal with Codeine like crazy, slept in a recliner with pillows jammed in both side so I wouldn't turn my head nor bump my nose for well over two months, the Feorinal created rebound headaches that were miserable, not sure how a Demerol Vistaril shot would work 150/30 mg, a later neuro started that or taking about 100 mg of amitriptylene, a strong nerve deadener may get you through the severe pain period, I have taken as much as 200 mg/day, no rebound headaches, but other problems with long term use, also coating the inside of your nose with maximum strength OraJel that I tried once in desperation to ease the pain worked miracles for me, my surgeon was no help at all, I begged for a cat scan back then and later an MRI, both came back negative, I really feel for you Mark, been there, can't visualize hell being that bad, I am not sure if O2 would help, didn't have it back then, I just cannot believe with all these modern medical miracles they claim to have that they would let a person suffer that much, just don't let them send you to the phyc department to learn how to deal with the pain, waste of time and they have a whole list of weird drugs that if you are not insane now, will be. If I can think of anything else, will respond, keep the faith, it will pass.
