and know what you are going through, no longer running a Fortune 500 plant, set up my own business, learned my triggers and avoided them, chose my workplace and what goes on, set for the vast most part my own hours, almost starved to death but kept going, all because of these damnned CH's, I don't have nor experienced any good med answers, some worked well for a while, but it seems the body develops an immunity to them, but never to these damn headaches, big help I am, trying to give comfort but see I am venting too.
