Yes i suffer from the demon.. and yes I carry a zip lock bag every where i go .. Just like American Express i never leave home without it. Thanks for all the info from other CH sufferers..I have taken alot in and have also called my dr. I am suffering as i write this and am living for the remission... Thanks again to you all .
