I, too, would caution people about Imitrex. Even with cardiac cleaance (I do have mitral valve prolapse) I still experienced bouts of coronary spasm after two separate dosings of a 50mg pill. The chest pain was significant and my caridoligist said that had the spasms lasted for a month I might have sustained permament damage to my heart (I am only 34). As it was, I had a total of 2 weeks chest pain. I'm worried though, because the imitrex really clerared up the cluster, but at what cost? What's next?
