update:Jim has calmed the beast, at least for today, after 5 day bout of two to four a day they seemed to have let up, he is exhausted but got up and went to work, they have been great to him, I'd hate to think of what would happen if his place of employment wasn't understanding, hopeing for a good weekend we need one.
