I think i already know. I been getting these for about 3-4 years now.Im 31,smoker,daily beer drinker,with high level of anxiety which is beng treated with zoloft(antidepressant).My headaches always occur when I end my workday and as soon as I relax they begin.The pain starts in my right eye then jaw then whole right side of head.My nostrils(both) get so plugged I cant expel air out of them.My right eye tears and both eyes get red by the end.Always been right side pain. I take tylenol at onset of headache but it takes about 20-30 minutes for it to work.Then the releif when its gone is better than ejaculation(sorry but its true).When it subsides it does so in matter of 2-5 minutes. Rarely wake up with h/a but when I do its a doozy until the 20-30 minutes til tylenol kicks in.Last couple of mornings I feel borderline headache,it wants to come but does not UNTIL I sit down to relax i evening.What do you people think and what should I do?
